In an effort to help weed out the crap on Pinterest, I think we should all start posting whether the crafty/recipe/DIY sort of pins we try from Pinterest are Fact or Crap! If you leave a comment below with your Pinterest link, I'll add you as a Fact or Crap collaborator.

What being a Fact or Crap collaborator means: Re-pin the things you try (or have tried) on this board with either a Fact or Crap message. The pin will show up in your feed, and you will help others find the good pins or save them from wasting time & money on trying out crappy pins. You will also be able to add your friends as collaborators too!

The truffles were super easy to make. And because they don't have eggs, you can snack while you make them. I didn't have any almond bark so I just melted chocolate chips in the microwave and dipped the tops of the truffles. I added lots of sprinkles {ate one or two} and then put them in the freezer to harden.

This recipe was definitely a Pin Fact! I'm going to add a fact or crap button to my sidebar in case you want to make your own Pin Fact or Pin Crap post to share.

Sad to say, there has not been real butter at the store in over a week.

There will be no salted caramel mochas or butter beer for me any time soon.

I am in love with Pinterest.  For those of you who have been living under a rock for the last few months, Pinterest is a new way to "pin" things you find and like on the internet to a virtual "pinboard."

What's so special about that?  First of all, your friends are probably already using Pinterest and have created boards of their own.  After you join, you can then see anyone you follow's pins on your home screen.  Pinterest also lets you search by topic, user, board type, etc. on the "everyone" board.  Each pin tracks back to it's original pinner as well as the website it came from.  It is addicting, trust me.

Do you Pinterest?

One of my new favorite web sites is Pinterest.com.  Any image you find on the web you can "pin" to a board in Pinterest.  Then when you go to the site there is a chronological feed of all the pins you, and everyone you are friends, with have pinned recently.  There's also an option to see everything that is being pinned.  Here's a picture of what the feed looks like.
